As long as possible during these challenging times, we will maintain our normal levels of service.
Our Technical and Office personnel currently remain “open for business”, supporting our customers and businesses alike looking for help, advice and provision of equipment and or services to maintain the continuation of their trading ability. We would ask for your patience where we are operating with reduced levels of staffing or staff working remotely during this period.
During this busy period, we would ask, where possible, for you to utilise our Fault Call system by sending an email to email@example.com please put the name of the problem such as Email or VPN in the subject line. In the main body of your email put a brief description of your issue along with your FULL NAME, Company Name and telephone number and a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible based on a case severity basis.
We would ask that if any of you feel unwell or are displaying any of the symptoms of COVID-19 you inform us before requesting a Site-Visit or attending our premises so we can try to make alternative arrangements. If you are self-isolating we have made plans which enable us to bring assistance to you by utilising digital, telephone and video technology if necessary. Hygiene is also a priority and extra measures are in place to ensure all our equipment and company vehicles are sanitised regularly.
We will continue to review and update these procedures and follow the government advice as required.
